Policies

1. Enrollment and Payment
  • Full payment must be made before the first class to secure a spot.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases of class cancellation by the instructor.
  • All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian before attending.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time.
  • No make-up classes will be offered for missed sessions unless otherwise stated
  • For group classes, missed sessions will not be made up unless otherwise stated.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed group classes.
  • Repeated tardiness or absences may result in slower progress within the same level.
3. Class Conduct
  • Students must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
  • Inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the class.
  • Proper dance attire must be worn during all sessions
  • Long hair should be tied back.
  • Please label all belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. Health and Safety
  • Students participate at their own risk. Please consult a doctor before joining if you have any health concerns.
  • Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the start of class.
  • The instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during class.
  • Parents must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
  • If a child becomes unwell during class, a parent/guardian will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
  • An emergency contact must be provided upon registration.
  • Basic first aid may be administered if necessary. If an emergency occurs, emergency services will be called.
5. Student-Specific Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Attend classes regularly and adhere to the academy’s required dress code (costume/training attire).
  • Practice at home as guided by instructors to develop technique, strength, and stamina.
  • Participate in annual evaluations and be prepared for exams and performances when applicable.
  • Show respect toward peers, instructors, and the values of the academy; contribute positively in group classes and rehearsals.
  • Represent the academy in outreach or community events when selected, and follow all established standards, including costume and behavior.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
  • The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary
  • In case of cancellation by the instructor, a full refund or credit will be offered.
  • No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal once classes have started.
7. Photography and Media Release
  • Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
  • By enrolling, you consent to the use of such images unless you opt out in writing.
8. Liability Waiver
  • The participant (or guardian if under 18) agrees to release the instructor and venue from any liability arising from participation in the class.
9. Agreement
  • By enrolling in the class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
